TRAMPA's own ABEC 7 STAINLESS STEEL Mountain / Kite-board bearings measure 12 x 28 x 8mm & will fit to 12mm axles. They are officially known as 6001 2RS Bearings. 6001 tells you the bearings size whilst 2RS means the bearing has 2 Rubber Seals. The Rubber Seals are inserted into the Outer raceway and in contact with the inner raceway, protecting the single row of lubricated ball bearings housed within the enclosed raceways from the ingress of moisture, dust & dirt, retaining the pre-filled grease within the bearing and maintaining maxium performance to the board & rider for as long as possible. The rubber coated sidewalls come in RED, BLUE & WHITE & embossed with the TRAMPA logo proving Top Quality!
These precision made TRAMPA Bearings are polished to an internationally recognised ABEC 7 quality. (ABEC 3-5 is recognised as the industry standard). ABEC 7 polishing gives you a super smooth / super fast ride which prolonges top end roll speeds. Using Bearing Reducer Spacers you are able to make these Bearings fit to 9.52mm Skate Truck Axles or 10mm Scooter Axles no problem....
Internal Bearing support spacer used with 10mm O-RIng on 12mm axles - 12 x 16 x 16.5mm - LATHED
This special Spacer measures 12mm (id) x 16mm (od) x 16.5mm (long) & is known as a Bearing Support Spacer. This Bearing Support Spacer fits between the Bearings, along side the 10mm O-Ring when fitting Bearings into a TRAMPA hub when mounting the wheel onto 12mm Axles.
Over time, during the usage of your board, the bearings & spacers are put under a lot of force. Ultimately this force has to go somewhere... The Bearings use a Steel ring in their assembly where as the Bearing Support Spacers are made from Aluminum. Steel is much stronger than Aluminum & when forced against each the aluminum will loose out every time! This is what happens to your spacers between the bearings, the Bearings put force onto your spacers as a consequence over time the spacers shrink... With enough time its possible for an annoying rattle to start.... That's when you fit these 16.5mm spacers with the little 10mm O-Rings to prevent the rattles!! :-)
10mm Rubber O-Ring to fit in Bearings - 2mm Section x 10mm Bore NITRILE 70
This O-Ring should be fitted when a 12 x 16.5mm Bearing Support Spacer is fitted into the wheel assembly when fitting a wheel onto 12mm Axles.
It fits alongside the Bearing Support Spacer, in-between the Bearings. This O-Ring prevents rattles from the spacer against the bearings. TRAMPA's own Mountain / Kite-board CERAMIC Bearings measure 12 x 28 x 8mm & will fit in to all of the Hubs that TRAMPA has to offer when fitting onto 12mm axles.
Using Si3n4 Ceramic balls in a Steel Raceway, this reduced friction bearing setup will roll faster & further than the traditional & classic Stainless Steel Ball Bearing.
They are officially known as 6001 2RS Bearings. 6001 tells you the bearings size whilst 2RS means the bearing has 2 Removable Sides. Having removable sides means the seals can be taken off so the bearings can be cleaned, cleaning & then lubricating the bearings with something like sewing machine oil or similar on a regular basis ensures best performance from your bearings at all times.

Fitting Bearing Reducer Spacers into these bearings means you are able to make these Bearings fit to 9.525mm Skate Truck Axles or 10mm Scooter Axles no problem....
