TRAMPA's SUPERSTAR wheel is a beautiful & technically designed masterpiece, created for those who insist on fitting only the finest of equipment.

The split Rim of the SUPERSTAR hub has been manufactured using original DuPont & the very latest in precision injection molding machinary (only the best will do!), whilst the Extruded Aluminum Spokes are T6 Heat-treated (T6 heat treating makes the extruded aluminum exceptionally strong), Anodised & finally CNC precision milled to fit the TRAMPA Bearings perfectly.

Separated & supported by a chunky nylon Spoke Support Spacer, the Heat-treated spokes simply push into the rim during assembly. The SUPERSTARS construction is held together with Marine Grade Stainless steel fixings M4x40mm. This incredible top quality combination makes all the difference to the user compared to the competition as the SUPERSTAR hub will not fail on you. It can handle incredibly high inflation pressures.... It is what we believe to be the best/strongest 3.75 Inch hub on the market today!

The SUPERSTAR wheel is available in hundreds of different Rim, Spoke & 8 Inch Tyre colour combinations, its difficult to choose your favorite, but you can have your SUPERSTAR wheels with 8 inch tyres in any combination you like...

Constructed (as expected from TRAMPA) using only the finest fixings available which means all TRAMPA parts, including these wheels, are constructed using Marine grade Stainless steel that have all been brushed with Blue locking paste to ensure the most secure of fixings. All Nuts used also have a Nylock sleeve to ensure double quality & effective secure fixing! A 3mm Alan Key & a 7mm spanner are all the tools you need to construct or service your hubs.

Trampa’s own top quality steel Bearings, genuine ABEC 5 rated, fit perfectly into the CNC precision milled spokes, preventing any wobble & enabling the hub the fastest spin rate possible. When purchasing bearings with the hubs the bearings can be purchased for as little as £1.25 each making a £5 saving per set of 8.

Along with many other wheeled applications, the SUPERSTAR hub will fit to ALL other brands of mountainboards on the market including MBS SCRUB & KHEO. Basically the SUPERSTAR wheels will fit to anything with a 9.52mm (imperial), 10mm or 12mm axle. There are conversion spacers available for you to convert your existing 12mm bearings to work on 9.55mm skate axles (7/16ths Imperial) or 10mm (metric) scooter axles (see associated parts for details).

Due to the fantastic design & the use of top quality materials in these hubs, the finished product has ended up being exceptionally strong. This extra strength allows the rider to inflate their tyres well beyond normal recommended pressures, which in turn increases the top end roll speeds. We shouldn’t go recommending that you go over inflating your tires but if you are ever going to do it you will be safe in the knowledge that these hubs can handle the pressure that other hubs cant. During testing it was common for our Crash Test Dummis (I mean Trampa Team riders) to inflate as high as 100psi, and in some cases (Joel!) well beyond!!

M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Allen-Key Bolt - Marine Grade Stainless steel with locking paste

TRAMPA's M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt is made using A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. This very special Bolt is specifically made for TRAMPA & is used to assemble the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR HUBS. The socket capped head of the Bolt screws neatly though the Spokes & into the fixing point in the Rim of the SUPERSTAR HUB eventually screwing into the M4 nut on the other side easly.

Using Marine Grade Stainless Steel, means these Bolts will never rust on you! They can cope with the most harsh of weather conditions & they laugh in the face of sandy/salty beaches or muddy freeride tracks, which do turn other manufacturers Nuts & Bolts into corrosive rusting wrecks! As well as being Non Corrosive all of the TRAMPA Bolts are diped in BLUE THREAD LOCKING PASTE to ensure an extra strong secure fix between the Nut & the Bolt.

M4 Nyloc Nut - Marine Grade stainless steel Nylock Nut - Hub Nuts

Introducing TRAMPA's M4 (4mm Shaft) A4 Marine Grade Stainless steel Nylock Nut. This Nylock Nut will fit to all M4 Bolts regardless of their length. This A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Nut will never rust on you! It is fitted with the world renowned NYLOCK System (Nylock is a nylon locking system where Nylon is pasted into the threads of the nut so that when the bolt is tightened into the nut the nylon grabs the thread of the bolt holding it locking it in the thread ensuring things do not vibrate loose or fall off when being ridden on rough terrain like that which a Mountain or Kiteboard endures. The NYLOCK thread locking security System is fitted as standard to all TRAMPA Nuts.

This Nut is used to fix to tighten to the M4 Socket Capped Bolts that hold the HYPA & SUPERSTAR hubs together. To fit the nuts M4 use an 8mm spanner or 8mm Ratchet Socket to turn the Nut onto the Bolt whilst holding the bolt with a 3mm Allen Key. Always ensure your Nuts & Bolts are tight before you ride!

8 Inch Inner Tube INNOVA 8x2 inch 200x50mm - fits 3.75 inch Rims & 8 inch tyres

INNOVA's Re-enforced 8 Inch inner tube measures 200mm x 50mm and will fit into all the of the 8 inch Tyres on the website. INNOVA's 8 Inch Inner Tube also fits into the tyres of all other brands measuring 8 Inches inflated.

Being made from slightly thicker rubber, this Inner Tube is slightly heavier than alternatives but this INNOVA Inner Tube will handle much higher than recommended inflation rates... Therefore this INNOVA inner tube is the ideal tube for heavier or Pro Riders seeking to achieve higher than recommended inflation pressures...

This INNOVA Inner tube will fit into all known 8 inch tyres as well as most ATB hubs on the market. It comes as expected with an anti dust valve cap! Punctures Suck! Its always possible to get a puncture in the environments we ride in, so always carry a spare if you don't want your day spoiling...

RED Anodised CLASSIC 5 SPOKE - Extruded T6 Aluminum Heat treated & CNC Precision milled fits all SUPERSTAR & MEGASTAR Wheels

TRAMPA SPOKES fit all SUPERSTAR & MEGASTAR Hubs. TRAMPA's Spokes are produced using the finest 6061 'Aero-Grade' Aluminum, which to maximise strength & performance are produced with the use of an Extrusion Die, which means TRAMPA spokes are made in one continuous piece before being sliced like bread to the required thickness. Before being sliced the extruded profile is T6 Heat Treated making the resulting Alloy extremely strong.

Once sliced the Raw Spokes are sent to the CNC machine to mill out the bearing housing perfectly. Before being anodised the spokes are bead polished which not only gives a top quality finish but also removes all & any sharp edges, then finally sent away to the Anodisers to have the relevant striking colours added for top surface protection.

Check your spoke support spacers, O-Rings and hardware are in good condition when changing spokes & ensure all of your nuts & bolts are tight before you ride!

This is the TRAMPA SUPERSTAR Spoke Support Spacer. It is used to gain extra strength for the SUPERSTAR wheel design by adding support to the Aluminum Spokes when the wheel is being used under high inflated pressures...

Precision injection moulded, using original DuPont materials, this Spacer provides essential support for the Spokes in the Superstar hubs. There is a Deep Shelf on the Rim of the Spacer which pushes into the internal side of the Spoke, positioning the Spacer/spoke perfectly for assembly. The thick plastic ensures a very strong support platform maximising Bearing support & spin rate always....

Ensure all your nuts & bolts are tight before riding!!

INNOVA INLINE 8 Inch Tyre measure 3.75x 2x 8 Inch or 200x50mm with 3.75 inch Rim fits all 3.75 inch Hubs - BLACK

INNOVA's 8 Inch INLINE TYRE is an off the shelf "Old Skool Classic". Its 'Straight cut' tread & ballon shaped sidewalls suggest this tyre is the perfect option for easy rolling.

Measuring 8x 2 Inches or 200 x 50mm when inflated, INNOVA's 8 Inch INLINE Tyre will fit to all of the TRAMPA Hubs that measure 3.75 or 3.75/4 Inches at the Rim. The factory's recommended max tyre pressure is 50psi but the TRAMPA hubs are so strong that top riders have been known to inflate these tyres well beyond their recommended pressures with no problems to mention. If you do decide to go beyond the max inflation pressure ensure your nuts & bolts holding the hub together are adequately tight & deflate to a regular pressure after use. We recommend you should look to inflate these tyres to somewhere between 30 & 45 psi for optimal use.The 3mm deep INLINE grooved surface, encourages the tyre to "Track" in a straight line & unlike the Long Board sized / style wheels, the 8 inch pneumatic rubber tyre is plenty big enough to not even feel small cracks or obstacles you might encounter on the street when riding on longboard wheels, with no problem at all....!

A 3.75 Inch Steel Band is moulded into the Rim of the INLINE Tyre to give structure whilst a regular TPI (TPI = Threads per Inch) gives the tyre its stiff structure when stitching the Steel Bands together. Slightly heavier than other tyres we offer the INLINE tyre is "4PR" rated. PR means "Ply Rating" & refers to the number of layers of rubber. so this tyre has 4 Layers of rubber smothering the regular threaded surface. Some tyres in the TRAMPA range are 2PR, so having 4PR means its double thickness & therefore heavier as consequence but also longer lasting & arguably more resistant to punctures.

Measuring 3.75 inch at the rim, the 8 Inch INLINE Tyre will fit to all the 3.75 inch Rim hubs, which will in turn fit to several different sized Slave Pulleys that TRAMPA uses in its Drive trains. Connecting a 66 Tooth pulley to an 8 Inch tyre/wheel will give you the best all round hamonised performance. Fitting a 76 Tooth Pulley to a 8 Inch Tyre/wheel (Only connects to 5 spoke wheels) will increase the Torque & acceleration but reduce your top speed, this is a great combination if you are perhaps riding on a pump track or if you do a lot of up hill riding, or if your a particularly heavy rider needing a bit more gearing. Fitting a 62 Tooth Pulley to a 8 inch Tyre/wheel will reduce acceleration but increase the top speed. If you are a light weight rider this combination could work very well for you.

Its true, the more you inflate your Tyres the faster you will roll! It also true that if you inflate your tyres too high or too low you will also see excessive wear on your tyres much faster. The official maximum inflation pressure set by the factory for the INLINE Tread 8 Inch Tyre is 50psi, but the INLINE Tyres are made so well (By Innova) & the TRAMPA Hubs are so strong (The tyres are only as strong as the hubs they are fitted too & our hubs are incredibly strong) that our Crash test Dummies (I mean Team Riders) have been known to inflate these Tyres well beyond their recommended pressures with no problems to mention. Its also true that over inflating your tyres may lead to an explosion which could seriously injure you, so use a pressure gauge if your going to inflate them high so you don't go too far. If you do decide to go beyond the max inflation pressure ensure your nuts & bolts are tight before inflation & once your done riding at the high pressure deflate them back down to a regular pressure to rest,
