Your details will be used to support our application to have mountainboarding recognised as a sport. Your information is safe with us. It will be stored electronically and securely, and we won’t send you spam or give your details to anyone else. Only ATBA-UK staff who need to as part of their job will see your details. Anyone and everyone who has anything to do with mountainboarding. Whether you’re a regular rider or just ride occasionally in the summer, whether you’ve just started or are the parent of an eager young rider, we need you to show your support for making mountainboarding a sport. If mountainboarding was recognised as a sport it would be taken more seriously by big organisations. This could mean opportunities to apply for funding, more sponsorship for riders, and a higher profile for mountainboarding meaning more people get into it. When mountainboarding meets the requirements we can apply to the Sports Councils of the UK for it to be recognised as a sport. There are lots of requirements, and we’re working on all of them, but the big one is being able to show that there are enough people participating regularly. The names and contact details of at least 2000 mountainboarders from all across the UK. That’s where you come in. If you aren’t already a member, give us your details and help us make mountainboarding a sport. CLICK HERE TO FILL IN THE FORM Who can help?
